Architectural Advisory Committee – ACC
Chair: Mark Kruzich –
All previous and planned improvements of any property in the neighborhood must be submitted for review by the Country Brook Estates HOA Architectural committee to insure that those improvements are within the proper guidelines as defined in the HOA covenants. In Order to assist homeowners with the submittal of improvement information a Property Improvement Request Form is provided. However, copies of all required building permits, certifications, plot plans, etc. should also be attached to your property improvement submittal. The Country Brook Estates HOA mission is to keep our neighborhood looking great for all to enjoy!

Communications Committee
Chair: Stacie Weever –
The primary responsibility of the committee is to provide an information channel for Homeowners, the Board and the HOA. To meet this requirement this web site was set up and designed. The web site was designed to provide the homeowner easy access to all relevant information, newsletters and a forum to communicate with the board and the various committees.

Safety Committee
Chair: Open Position (volunteer needed)
The Country Brook Safety committee was formed in April 2004 for the purpose of communicating crime watch and safety related information to the residents of Country Brook subdivision in Allen, Texas. The committee consists of one chairperson and 15 block captains. By communicating accurate and verified information about crime directly from the Allen Police Department, the committee will reduce the spiral effect of rumors in our neighborhood. The committee does not enforce the law or the HOA covenants.
